Shipping and Return Policy

 Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via FedEx with a tracking number and are insured until they arrive at their destination. These shipping costs are included in the price of the sale for Canada and US.

For orders outside of Canada and the US, an additional fee is added on at checkout depending on your shipping zone.


Shipping takes approximately 2-7 business days within Canada, and 3-10 business days to the US (duties and taxes may apply, and are the sole responsibility of the buyer). International shipping standards will vary; any duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer - please familiarize yourself with the regulations applicable to your country of residence before placing an order.

NOTE: For all orders shipping outside Canada, all shipping providers have a disclaimer indicating they are not responsible for delays at Customs. Please keep in mind we can never guarantee a shipping time 100% when crossing international borders and that extra shipping charges may apply. Please contact  yMovadesign@gmail.com to get a quote on additional shipping charges outside of Canada. We are not responsible for any delays at customs.

Refund Policy 

Returns

 

All Jewelry may be returned for a full refund if it is in its original condition, packaged securely and sent back within 14 days of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. After 14 days of receiving your order, all sales are final.

 

Customers outside of Canada must use their federally-run postal service (with tracking) for return shipping and clearly indicate that the package is a return. Private couriers charge brokerage fees to the recipient, and we will not be able to accept the package. Please contact me prior to returning an item for detailed instructions.

 

 Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, then your refund will be processed and will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Warranty

All of my pieces, with the exception of necklace chains, are warranted for 1 year from date of purchase for any defects in materials or workmanship. The item may be returned for repair or replacement. Any modification or alteration by another jeweller will void this warranty.

My priority is your satisfaction and I stand behind my work.

Taxes

For all orders delivered within Canada, applicable taxes for the customer’s province will be charged on the product.
